Letter from the FounderACOMPTEA : Accounting, auditing & consultingI don't think it's possible to be effective in business unless you care about your clients. To do a good job, you have to be a ‘people-person.' You have to want to please your clients and to support and train your staff. That's why I like the concept of ACOMPTEA - because of the close working relationship between our employees and our clientele. We care about our clients. We follow the evolution of their business ventures, and we are present at each stage of development. My greatest satisfaction is to see a project well-done for a satisfied client who returns to us when they need more advice. While technical competence is critical to our consulting business, more than anything else I aspire to one thing: working with clients to gain their trust and successfully develop their businesses. The success we've enjoyed during our first two years in business confirms that our individualized approach addresses the needs of businesses and the expectations of their directors. To address the needs of our growing clientele, I have recently created an international group. Heading the new group is Kathleen Desjacques, an attorney and former partner in a major American law firm. Desjacques has been in practice since 1986 and in France for the past 7 years. She has extensive experience both in law and business. Understanding the needs of foreign clients requires more than just language skills. Our international team is multinational and multidisciplinary. They are native speaking professionals who know the business culture and understand the perspective and expectations of foreign clients. This group will be devoted exclusively to helping our international clients succeed in France. We want to thank all of our clients, contacts, professionals and friends who trust us and who have told us that our knowledge and our ‘savoir faire' will ensure our success.
