ACOMPTEA Our Office ACOMPTEA was started in July 2007 by Pascale Estivaux, Director. Before creating her own firm, Estivaux was a Manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and a successor division, CPS-France, where she was responsible for the management of foreign subsidiaries as well as small and medium-sized companies here in France. With over twenty years spent observing the management methods of various businesses, associations and independent contractors, Estivaux structured her firm to be more proactive to address the needs of the evolving business environment.

Her solution was to create small dedicated teams: one geared toward serving French individuals and businesses and the other devoted to the international sector.

Heading up the new international team is Kathleen Desjacques, an attorney and former partner in a major American law firm. Desjacques, in practice since 1986 and in France for the past 7 years, brings her experience in business, law and cross-cultural communication to ensure that the needs of our Anglophone clientele are properly addressed.

Understanding the needs of international clients requires more than just language skills. Our international staff is multi-national and multi-disciplinary. They are native speaking professionals who know the business culture and understand the perspective and expectations of foreign clients.
